Carolyn Moore is a high-performance, nationally certified counselor with over twenty-five years of experience in coaching, assessment, leadership, change management, career transitions, advocacy, training, and group facilitation. Her background includes a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver, with a focus on community agency and school counseling. 

 

With a distinguished career in education, Carolyn has honed her skills in coaching, mentoring, and guiding individuals toward their highest potential. She bridged theory to practice as a research coordinator with the University of Colorado, focusing on systemic change, and as a Teaching Professor of Counseling at Xavier University, developing, mentoring, and coaching master's level candidates. Carolyn supervised and developed teachers, counselors, and school executives in her various roles across educational systems. She coached for skill, leadership, and organizational development, resulting in systemic interventions for thousands of stakeholders over the past 25+ years. Her extensive experience developing emotional and social intelligence, effective communication, and systemic systems makes her a versatile and effective coach for leaders.

 

In addition to her broad coaching expertise, Carolyn specializes in dissertation coaching, guiding doctoral candidates through the rigorous and often challenging dissertation process. She provides personalized support in structuring research, developing methodologies, writing, and preparing for defense. Carolyn’s expertise ensures that students are not only academically prepared but also emotionally and strategically equipped to complete their dissertations successfully.
